At Viva Brazil, we serve you various cuts of meat including, beef, pork, lamb and chicken, all slowly roasted over custom built barbeques and served by our skilled passadors. In addition to the endless meats, traditional side dishes are included in the fare. And if you really want to go the whole mile, you can select from our Tradicao menu and enjoy delicious, tapas style home favourites to experience Brazilian food the way we do at home.
You dictate the pace of your meal by using the double sided discs on your table. When you are ready for meat service turn it over to green, and if you want to slow down a little of finish completely, simply flip it to red. You can turn over again and again, your dining experience isn’t over until you say so!
